I’ve Tried Dozens of Flats, but This Pair Rivals the Support and Comfort of Sneakers

I enjoy furnishings pieces that inform a story (and my own do, as I stooped most of them from the NYC streets). And last however definitely not least, I like shoes, specifically ballet flats, so much so that you’ll most likely see 4 rows of the style as soon as you open my shoe closet.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve tried lots of flats. This sigh-of-comfort-relief was precisely what took place when I tried on Scarlett Chase’s ultra-cute, ultra-cushy Belle ballet flats that are created with one game-changing feature that majorly levels up their convenience.

I like furniture pieces that tell a story (and mine do, as I stooped most of them from the NYC streets). And last however certainly not least, I love shoes, specifically ballet flats, so much so that you’ll most likely see four rows of the design as soon as you open my shoe closet.

So I’m not overemphasizing when I say I’ve attempted lots of flats. I’ve slipped into sets, and from the extremely first second of wear, I understood they weren’t for me. Others I’ve placed on and discharge an instantaneous sigh of relief since they fit so comfortably with no poking and piercing in my typical problem locations (read: my heels that tend to blister quickly!). This sigh-of-comfort-relief was exactly what took place when I tried on Scarlett Chase’s ultra-cute, ultra-cushy Belle ballet flats that are created with one game-changing function that majorly levels up their convenience.

On the outside, these flats appear like your normal flats– albeit I should state they have a remarkable exterior, too. The quality of the shiny leather, sourced in Italy, is so luxe. I’ve tried my fair share of patent leather options, and they all felt too hard, however not with these Scarlett Chase children. They have the perfect pointed toe-front, not too piercing but not too round, a sweet strap that keeps them firmly on your feet, and a teeny, tiny heel that lifts you up. All these elements are notable, but the true game changer is when you break down the inside.

The 2nd I slipped them on, I felt like I was wearing sneakers– that’s how comfortable they were. And that can’t be stated about many flats, as the low-to-the-ground shoes do not always use much support. Scarlett Chase is known for executing sneaker-like convenience and assistance into its shoes, and I initially experienced this with its sock booties I can’t wait to use all throughout the fall. However I was advised of its shoe development yet once again once I put on these Mary Janes.

They’re developed to be extremely supportive, thanks to their genius arch-cradling rebounding foam cushioned footbed (a mouthful!) that was so unbelievably comfy, I needed to text my mommy about it right away. “Mom, I think I simply attempted the comfiest (and cutest!!!) flats, ever.” I inform my mother whatever, in case you didn’t know. But in all realness, I couldn’t think how luxurious and cloud-like the ballerinas felt on my feet.

Of course, the true test is using them for the first time, and directly out of the box, these simply felt. They were, in most basic way to put it, a pleasure to wear, not just due to the fact that my feet liked them, but likewise since I felt like a fairy princess ballerina in them.
