Kylie Jenner has a brand-new bright teal ‘do– and it’s offering us major flashbacks to her bygone Tumblr era.
The model and business owner published a series of images of her make over on Instagram, writing just, “teal the end of time.” She has actually swapped her natural brunette hair for a bright teal design, which she used in soft waves.
Of course, as real Jenner fans will remember, this mermaid-y look is a bit of a blast from the past. Like other indie kids of the time, Jenner was a licensed Tumblr girlie, best known as King Kylie– and she devoted to the bit.
This isn’t the very first time Jenner has taken us back in time. In January, she debuted bubblegum pink hair in another nod to her Tumblr days.
Jenner has always enjoyed explore her look, playing with both charm and style.
” I’ve always loved both, and I believe they go together,” she said to Interview Magazine. “Especially when I’m doing red carpets or picking major events and attires, I think that the makeup and the hair can make or break your appearance or just give it various energy or take it to another level.”
Jenner’s most current playful look may be transporting her teen design, but she has certainly come a long method since her King Kylie era. She just recently commemorated her 27th birthday alongside her boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet, and the set were spotted on an intimate supper date in July. Jenner may have brilliant, bold hair, however her relationship is a little more understated. As she just recently told British Vogue, “Privacy is so essential to me in life.”
